We initially met Denise when we moved to the area after Covid. She was very helpful and kind. we eventually simply became friends, even after our initial purchase. When it came time to relocate back to Texas, we did not even bother shopping the property listing, we knew we were going to use Denise. After navigating some complexities in the selling process, due to unknown property damage, we could not have been more pleased with how everything ended up. Denise comes highly recommended.

We met Denise very serendipitously at an Open House about a year ago. My husband and I instantly took to her as she conveyed trust, honesty and knowledge of the area. Without hesitation we knew we wanted to work with her. We know we are difficult to work with as we want very specific things in our forever home. Denise didn't hesitate. She showed us many homes helping us to get a grip on what we wanted. She introduced us to local home builders and showed us all the opportunities we could employ. In the end, it was all of Denise's connections that made everything happen for us. We could not envision the rest of our life without Denise and her touch in it.

Denise is a great person and a great professional. Her love of what she does reflects in her work and her knowledge of the Poconos/Delaware Highlands region is beyond impressive. I would highly recommend her.
